PRIZM ("we," "our"), the messaging app published on Google Play and the Apple App Store by the PRIZM team (prizmapp.org), is committed to providing a safe environment for all users. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. These standards apply to every part of PRIZM, including private conversations, community spaces, stories, and nearby connections.
We strictly prohibit any content or behavior that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors, including but not limited to: child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind; grooming, sextortion, or solicitation of minors; sexualized depictions of minors, real or fictional; trafficking of minors or facilitation thereof; and using private messaging, community spaces, or nearby-connection features to contact minors for inappropriate purposes. Violations result in immediate account termination and, where required, referral to law enforcement.
Users can report content, accounts, or conduct directly within the PRIZM app, including private messages, community posts, and user profiles. Users can also block other users at any time. Every report is reviewed by our team, and reports involving potential child safety concerns are prioritized and acted on promptly. You can also reach us any time at support@prizmapp.org.
When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM on our platform, we: (1) immediately remove the content and suspend the associated account; (2) report the material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the appropriate regional authority; and (3) preserve evidence as required by law and cooperate fully with law enforcement.
PRIZM complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where we operate, including mandatory reporting obligations for CSAM. PRIZM is intended for users aged 18 and older.
