18+ only. You must provide accurate information and be legally permitted to use the app.
Register with a valid email. You are responsible for all activity under your account. No transfers or sales of accounts.
No harassment, impersonation, false information, illegal content, spam, bots, or reverse engineering.
You retain ownership. You grant Prizm a limited license to host and display your content for operating the service.
Nearby Bluetooth chats are temporary and may be lost when out of range.
No illegal content, minors, IP-infringing, or malware uploads.
Auto-renews. No refunds except as required by law or App Store policy.
No background checks are performed. Interact at your own risk.
Users can report and block. Prizm may act at its discretion.
Governed by the Privacy Policy.
Prizm name, logo, and software are owned by Prizm or licensors.
No uptime guarantee. Features may change.
We may suspend for violations. You may delete anytime.
Provided "as is." No warranties.
No liability for indirect or consequential damages.
Continued use after updates = acceptance.
